We offer a fast and reliable next day delivery service. Whether you live locally or further afield.

we offer a fast and reliable nationwide home delivery service using DPD Local. The cost is from £5.95 or FREE when you spend £50 or more (only applicable to standard next day service). 

What are the delivery costs?
We offer the following delivery services: 

  • Next Day National Delivery - £5.95 (Free delivery on orders over £50) - Monday to Friday.

  • Saturday  Delivery - £15.00

  • Sunday No Delivery.


We provide home delivery to all postcodes in England, Scotland and Wales.

Our courier will send you a message in the morning to provide you with an estimated time slot. For standard delivery our courier will deliver between 8am and 8pm. 

HOW TO ORDER

Ordering from www.chezyves.co.uk couldn't be easier:

Pick your dishes.
Fill your basket
You can add items to your basket simply and quickly on the Dinner in kit shop page. You’ll also be able to see how many items are in your basket and the total cost excluding delivery.

Checkout
When you have finished shopping, you can click on the ‘basket’ icon at the top  the website. This will take you to an ‘order summary’, where you’ll have the opportunity to amend your order (for example, by increasing or decreasing quantities or removing items). You can also enter any promotional offer codes at this stage. When you’re happy to proceed to the checkout, click on the ‘Continue to checkout’ button.

Register or login
You will now be prompted either to register (if you are a new customer at chezyves.co.uk) or, if you are a returning customer, to log in. New customers will need to enter personal details including name, email address and password; these will be the login details for any future orders placed. You will also be asked to enter your delivery address. This can be an alternative address to your billing address.

Delivery method
Choose your delivery preference – National Delivery, Local Delivery  or Click-and-Collect. If you will not be at home to accept the order personally, you can leave instructions for our delivery driver to leave it in your chosen safe place or leave with a neighbour.

Payment details
You will now need to enter your payment details to complete your order, specifying your billing address if it is different from your delivery address. 

Review and confirm your order
This is the final opportunity to review and amend your order before payment is taken. Click on the button ‘Complete my order’ to place your order.

Order confirmation
When the order has been placed, you will receive an ‘Order confirmation’ email, summarising the purchase and stating the shipping method and date. If you have chosen to use Click-and-Collect, you’ll receive an additional email as soon as the items are available for collection at the Restaurant.

FAQs

Can I specify a delivery day?


During the checkout process you wont be able to specify which delivery day you would prefer and we will assume that you want the delivery for the next day available(Monday to Sunday). If you want to place an order in advance you can always  call us on 07388 426245 or send an email at creperiechezyves@yahoo.com when you placed your order to tell us when you want to receive your order. 

Can I alter my order?


Once you have placed your order you are unable to add or remove items or change your delivery date. We advise you to place a new order. 

Can I cancel my order?


Yes you can cancel your order provided that you notify us within 48 hours before your delivery date. Notice of such cancellation must be given in writing. If you decide to cancel, we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery). We will make the reimbursement no later than 30 days after we receive your notification.

How do you keep your goods fresh?


Our food will be bagged and ready to cook or freeze on delivery. All your dishes will be vacuum packed and labelled with use by-dates and a suggested frozen shelf life. Packaging or labelling may change depending on preparation or delivery limitations. As soon as the order has been packaged, we will place it into an insulated envelopes and surround it with chilled gel packs to keep it cool and in perfect condition.
